Alright, week 2, lost another 5 pounds. Pretty much watched what i ate and went to the gym when i could. Making good progress already. Look forward to being back down and more energy. Had a good workout today. Only had to stop to go to the bathroom once and was able to do 30 mins straight after already completing 18 minutes. Felt a lot better.
