Just goes to show that 2 weeks of slack diet and gym is so damaging. I have a new focus... a holiday to Jamaica! Fly at the end of September and I really want to work hard and lose 2st so I feel a more comfortable version of myself abroad. Blooming gym is shut for next 3 weeks too, I'm going to try my hand at jogging and at home bodyweight exercises. Here's to 3 months of working hard, just have to keep the end goal in sight when the women's cracked open or the BBQ fires up! x
