I'm happy with it staying the same as 3 days ago I was 4lbs heavier due to my birthday and sister staying. Start of a new week for me, aiming for a 3lb loss, if I manage it, I will be at my lightest in 3yrs! just have to navigate a wedding reception tonight and Fathers Day tomorrow and then plain sailing me hopes! Happy Saturday everyone x

Had a slack few days as its been my birthday and my sister has visited me from Ireland. back on it again tomorrow, scale check on Saturday to see the damage! On a plus note, a non scale victory as I'm back in a pair of jeans that haven't fit for 2 years!

I am so chuffed to be at the 2st lost mark. It's really given me the motivation to keep this up. my next mini goal is to lose the next 5lbs and I will be at my lightest in 3 years. For me, it's not just about the scales, going to the gym is improving my overall fitness and health, and trying with weights is starting to pay off as my clothes are all a wee bit looser. Here's to a good weekend going to the South of England Show and then my birthday Monday 🎉 I'm planning on making good choices, whilst allowing myself to relax it a bit x
