Adjusting to empty nesting and just realising that all the activities that used to 'prevent' me from exercising and doing stuff about my health are no longer there.
Broke my shoulder in early 2016 and still struggling to get it back together ten months later....

Kinda lost here! a little help?
Really interesting conversation,
I've tried low carb, lost weight but didn't enjoy the food, it was unpleasant and didn't last

I have this coffee sachet habit, you know the Nescafe cafe menu things. They have 10g of sugar in each one, I know in the deep dark rececess of my brain they are naughty but I'm not ready to give up my coffee
