Hi My name is Jennifer, I am 25 and have a wonderful family with 2 kids and a hubby. I was pretty thin up until I had children then hurt my back pretty bad. Now well, I really wanna get it under control...hardest part for me is to find food thats healthy that my whole family will eat including my 2 and 4 yr old boys. This is a difficult task!! IF you have any advice I'd gladly take it!! Good recipes I'll take them too. I love Mexican and southern foods! Not much of the fancy stuff will all the different spices. Good luck to you all!!!

yeah I think I can agree that its definatly the sugar free candy and gum because that is what I snack on a lot. I really need to find a good substitute I just dont' know what.

Bloating and Gas
Is this normal on the Phase 1 on SBD? I am just constantly full of bloating and gas. Its pretty uncomfortable and embarassing. Ideas?

New Here
So Hello all, Im new here. I started the SBD Phase 1 exactly one week ago today and have dropped from 175 to 169. I did cheat last night but finally decided to look for some support online today, cause those of us with husbands who arn't too much support cause they think you'll quit this diet like you did all the others...yeah thats my hubby. Other than that one cheat night I've done really good and stuck to the diet 100%. I don't have a FULL idea on the SBD but my friend told me to just buy sugar free that I could have NO sugar and that I couldn't have white bread, potato's, pasta's, rice etc. so thats what i've done. Welp...hope to hear from you all. These recipes are hard for me cause Im not a big mixed veggie eater, don't like onions, mushrooms...I guess Im pretty picky.
