Hi My name is Jennifer, I am 25 and have a wonderful family with 2 kids and a hubby. I was pretty thin up until I had children then hurt my back pretty bad. Now well, I really wanna get it under control...hardest part for me is to find food thats healthy that my whole family will eat including my 2 and 4 yr old boys. This is a difficult task!! IF you have any advice I'd gladly take it!! Good recipes I'll take them too. I love Mexican and southern foods! Not much of the fancy stuff will all the different spices. Good luck to you all!!!
