I am very proud of myself. I have been drinking tonight and usually when I have been drinking I eat! Well tonight I envisioned a toasted Thomas Bro. bagel slathered with cream cheese, topped with mesquite turkey and lots of lettuce.
HOWEVER, I said no! I said no because it is late at night and I can absolutely have that bagel sandwich during the day when I have to opportunity to burn off the calories.
At some point tonight I did have some Goldfish crackers BUT that is certainly not the end of the world.
Yay me!!

I have been pulling all nighters to get some things done that I can't during the day when my husband and son are in my way or distracting me. I've not been eating right but everything I am doing now is to get me into a position of streamlining as much as possible and removing as many obstacles in my way of getting regular exercise and eating right. I feel horrible right now but I know that very soon it will get better!
I have also been using this time to see what I would eat and how many calories I would get in a day if I only ate when I was hungry. Turns out without planning I only eat two 'meals' (I always have my fruit in the morning) and even being calorie dense I still fall short of my MINIMUM caloric needs by 400 calories OR MORE.
It's amazing what a difference planning makes and as much as I wish it were a little faster to enter everything into fatsecret I am still so very glad I found this site!
