Blast, blast and double blast! I have got to get up earlier and force myself to eat right away. I'm consistently short on my calories for the day. No wonder I have been staying at the same weight. I did so much better when I was working and eating six meals a day because I always made sure I had a small meal to eat on my breaks.
Being home I get busy and don't have mandatory state enforced breaks. I keep meaning to try to find my kitchen timer and set that for like every two hours but, of course I keep forgetting. Well I'm gonna go do that right now!!!

I didn't make my calories today. I got up too late and didn't make sure I ate before leaving to take Trevor to the Y for his indoor sports day. I HAVE to get up earlier tomorrow to go to the dreaded DMV and will make sure I eat before I leave.
However, I
did
get a bunch of brown rice cooked up for my stir fry that is so quick, easy and tasty. That very likely will be my breakfast tomorrow. Then I plan to get my hands on some more fruit(best breakfast food EVER) which is my mission tomorrow as well. I think I'm gonna hunt me down a netted melon.

Soooo......needed to eat another 329 calories and could have eaten more than 60 pecan halves buuuuut I went with a cup of ice cream instead. Tomorrow I will pay better attention and get the bulk of my calories in earlier in the day so that HEAVEN FORBID I neeeeed to eat ice cream again. LOL

Blah & Dang It!
Today was homeschool bowing day and the bowling alley has really yummy onion rings and french fries. Anticipating this I had planned to incorporate them into my calories for the day. HOWEVER, my husband ate most of the fries so I had less than half a cup and only 5 or 6 onion rings. Then I come home after walking halfway back from he park we went to after bowling, ran to the post office while the acorn squash was baking, then made a yummy salad to go with the squash.
I am currently STUFFED it's 7:49pm and I am at LEAST 329 calories away from my MINIMUM for the day! Oh for the love of Pete!!! It's so hard to eat that many calories in the day and if you don't get enough you body thinks you are starving and holds on to your fat stores.
I wish I had a PDA that I could fill out my fatsecret on to keep more on top of my calories for the day.
I think I'll go have some pecans since it's at least 4 hours before I go to bed.
Bleh, I'm full!
