And here I am, downing ice cream just before bedtime simply because I haven't eaten nearly enough today. Ridiculous? Absolutely! Forgivable? Occasionally.
I blame it on my insanely busy schedule. I've been organizing a big fundraiser, and it happens tomorrow afternoon.

Notes to self about my body:
- I tend to gain about five pounds of water around my period.
- I need to eat around 1500 calories per day in order to avoid stalling out.
My current goal is 1500 +/- 100 on most days.
