I am in my 60's now and have battled with my weight all my life. My weight has been like a rollercoaster, up and down. Now my back hurts if I walk more than 20 feet and I get out of breath and hard to tie my shoes as belly in the way. I need to get off this roller coaster and learn to get healthy habits, lose weight and keep it off for good! I want to be able to be active again and do my gardening and go for walks with my yorkies pain free.

Why does the calendar keep going back to start day?
Every time I log in my food calendar keeps resetting to start day instead of being on the right day. This is annoying as I keep having to relog everything as I switch date and next time back to start date....WHY?

Looking for a group to help stay motivated.
Hi Wendy I went and checked out Noom too but too pricey for mee too. I have not seen how this group gives any support either. I joined several groups but feel all alone here. I like the way it lets me keep track of my carbs, sugar, and fats here. I am also on Losit which has better support, but not good food tracking for counting carbs ect. I am in 60's and got over a 100 lbs to lose so I just use both sites as free and helps me.

NEW CHALLENGE FOR ALL THE DANCERS
Hi I am new here and not sure how all this works yet but made a challenge to get exercise the only way I can stick to it and that is using my just dance games to dance the pounds away! The more the merrier, so let's see who can dance with me! The challenge is called, let's dance the pounds away!
