I am in my 60's now and have battled with my weight all my life. My weight has been like a rollercoaster, up and down. Now my back hurts if I walk more than 20 feet and I get out of breath and hard to tie my shoes as belly in the way. I need to get off this roller coaster and learn to get healthy habits, lose weight and keep it off for good! I want to be able to be active again and do my gardening and go for walks with my yorkies pain free.
