Sleep count as fast?
Are you doing any excercise to help the weight loss? I do 10,000 + steps a day and also on the Keto plan so fasting is fasting. Keep the disciplene and you will see results in a month or so good luck!

16 hrs fasting
KEep it up and it will slowly move the scale. I have bee IF since January and so far lost 30+ also on the Keto plan and it is coming of about .5 a week or so! Keep it up you are doing good!
