I put a pic of my flabby self up and I want to do a before and after shot.
I am looking a little bit muscular, but I want to take off the flab and actually look athletic.
Not that hard, just thirty pounds. I am going to do it. Just by eating smaller meals!

Am going to go back to Atkins, its the only diet that controlled my uncontrollable hunger. I fell off the Atkins wagon when I started Phase 2, and got completely complacent. I am not good on diets where there are far to many choices!
Either way Atkins it is, and once I hit my goal weight which is slipping further and further away at this point then I will go ahead and have a cheat day.
Damn putting on the weight that I took off..took a while to come back on and I have been working out pretty hard...
I just hate this rut...:(

Really craving a drink. Part of this addiction. I guess just gotta be depressed and deal with the depression of not having to rely on alcohol to mellow me out and relax me.
I am thinking of what to make for dinner...so not sure. I guess some ham and some potato and some carrots...ya..potatoes so not even healthy but craving some comfort foods.
Anyways my waist expanded to all hell...my hip flexor hurts like hell from the 7km jaunt on friday, and I have gruelling exercize to do tomorrow on top of a major busy day.
Ah well I was tempted to get fast food, but I will just cook. :)

150 lbs this morning on the scale.
Fit into two pants I couldnt fit into previously. One pair I bought last fall and didnt even fit into when I tried them on at home. So there is progress...
My thighs dont even touch eathother when I put my legs together..that is how the muscles have grown in the last four months.
So I am stil eating a lot and at least 30 lbs away from my goal weight. I think its this want/neeed of instant gratification.
I talk to thin people and notice the reason they are so thin, has nothing to do with their exercize habits and more to do with how little they eat!!!!
Quenching the hunger demon it appears is my biggest battle. Gotta find ways to do this.
Also the more I think about the low-gi diet the less I like it. In the book the author talks about never having cravings, yet reading his wifes chapter she states how she cant put out to much food in front of him at dinner or he will snack at it all and he cannot control himeself, and he himself alludes a few times to impulses he cannot control regarding food....seems to me like cravings are still very prevalent in that guys life!
So reading a book on DASH, but might go back to ATKINS with one day a week of indulgence....to be honest I truly had no cravings on that diet.
