Was not doing induction. Was eating whatever I wanted and drinking like crazy over the last month.
A few things have changed:
I am trying to abstain from alcohol.
I am exercizing again.
I am not so sure about doing atkins again...I am thinking G.I diet, or the Dash Diet.
Anyways I am back, am exercizing regular again..and can only think the reason I gained four lbs is because my metabolism is good and I am exercizing alot.
Time to get healthy!

Well, back to the world of weight loss.
I am still 146 as of this morning. Unsure how I have been drinking, eating junk food and that is no lie.
I actually fit into a pair of pants I havens worn for over a year..there it was sitting in the back of my closet and I was in complete shock when they fit.
Anyways I got cocky, I got lazy and I am definitely not going into the direction I like.
Time to go ahead and start induction again. Tomorrow is the start.
Gotta get rid of the cravings. Alcohol is the biggest enemy ever.

Okay so the diet is going miserably. Miserably. The surprising thing is that I am down an inch around the waist. Must be that hardcore exercize class I joined.
I will be joining them for the rest of the term of my employement since they are really quite effective.
So this weekend going to plan out all of my meals. I am going to premake as much as I can. I will not deviate from the plan.
Might pull a couple jogs out as well so that I can keep my head clear and keep the depression at bay.
When I was taking the L-glutamine my cravings for alcohol dissapeared. It is time to start taking it again with every single meal. This involves buying a whole bunch of little tupperware from the dollar store.
I will be under 140 by the end of the month!!!!
I want to record my measurements again since this is what makes my day:
Chest - 39
Wasit - 30
at Navel - 33

Well Last night was wonderful. Cant stay off the sauce again! Geez...there is a party tonight and I am pretty sure I better not go! Had enough to drink yesterday.
I have gone totally astray again. I am trying to cut out alcohol cause of the coughing so I better get back on track. My next date to drink will be a party on AUG 24th.
Why do I drink??? Just sickening. I love and respect myself enough to cut it out again for the next couple weeks.
