My goal is to be under 140 by the end of the month. I felt like a huge fat unattractive slob yesterday. I really and truly did. It was very depressing and actually spinned me out of my grove and into wanting to just stuff my face.
I ordered a cheeseburger and fries from Swiss Chalet. I ate half the burger..and a quarter of the fries..that lifted my spirits because it shows that I dont even eat like I used to even when I want to and when I am down in the dumps.
I am doing alright...I am seeing results..though at times all the back and forth and up and down on the scale make it seem like I am going nowhere...I like that fatsecret shows me for all the stops and starts that I have lost 20 lbs in the last nine months and that is good! I am getting closer and closer to 139 everyday..one more month I will be there.

Well I am doing good during the day but not eating enough possibly. Fruit for breakfast sets of cravings for the whole day. Bacon and eggs every day is not good but it seems to keep me on track when I eat that in the morning. The answer might be adding a different form or protein to my breakfast.
I am still at 145 which is nice, given I have gone totally astray. I think Paleo is not the diet of choice right now. I think Atkins my mind feels it can stick too. I have been increasing my carbs and increasing them till I feel all these cheats are gonna hinder my progress!
I am not craving much but tonight I had a sandwich and I enjoyed it!
I hope to be under 140 by the end of Aug. That is about 30 days away. I know I can do it! That would be success to me for sure.

Well cutting out Atkins bars, bacon, and diet pop was a good idea since the scale is moving again!
I am gonna be hot and healthy soon if I keep it up. And keep it up I am. Today I am going through all my cupboards and get rid of all of my pasta, cereals, canned goods, junk and give it to the neighbors. My fridge will be free of all dressings, sauces etc.I will have meat, spices, eggs, sparingly health food store cheese, olive oil, butter, and an abundance of vegetables with sparing fruit.
I am starting a processed free food lifestyle! I am taking my silent reflux and chronic cough seriously and a high fat diet agitates the reflux so I have to make serious changes like starting a Paleo diet vs the Atkins diet or face stay on medication for the rest of my days.
I will lose weight and I will be losing my cough naturally! Super Stoked. I am down 20 lbs and only 25 to go! I am nearly half way there!!!!!!!!!
