Down 5.8 lbs since last Tuesday (1 week). Haven't exercised much due to being sick but with being good with my food intake I have been able to drop weight. Having a physical job helps. 19.2 lbs to go. I got this! Just imagine what I can do when I can exercise consistently.

In the 160's now, barely but in the 160's nonetheless. This is huge progress for me as I usually end up weighing more after the weekend because there are too many opportunities to eat. During the week I am too busy at work to snack. I barely have enough time to eat my lunch at work. Still have this cold. Have had it for two weeks. It is holding on for dear life. Hubby wants me to see MD. Have told him it is just a cold. I may cave and make an appt for this week. Don't think much can be done but maybe it will help me subconsciously. This cold is definitely draining my energy. Even after sleeping at night I am exhausted which is not my norm. My co-workers won't let me have caffeine at work because I am usually jumping off the walls. Will try to exercise when I get home but I have a feeling I will be too exhausted.

Down 2.2 pounds from three days ago even with having this cold. Could easily come up with excuses to not exercise today but I am no worse for wear from exercising yesterday morning so I will need to get up from this couch at some point this morning. Too cold this morning to walk the dog (and unsafe). 15 degrees and windy so real feel temp has to be even worse. Forgot how hard and time consuming it is to plan my meals for the day. Crockpot-in it today.... Curry chicken. Going to make some quinoa today for the week. Learned from the Internet this morning that it is very versatile. Off to start the day. Working toward a healthier version of me.

Still have the tail end of a cold. moderate chest congestion but needed to start exercising today. Hope I am not making it worse. It may help to break up some the congestion in my chest. 40 minutes on the bike 7.6 miles. Felt good to sweat. Now I just need to make good decisions with regard to my food intake today one meal at a time. Exercising in the morning has always helped me to stay on track during the day.

Disappointed in myself that I gained all this weight back. This past summer I got this "I don't care anymore attitude". Proud of myself that I didn't let my weight go as high as in the past before I got myself motivated again. A lot of things going on at work which is causing a lot of stress. Chocolate at work in break room left over from the holidays. Hard to say no to it when you pass it 100 times a day. Goal for today: No candy! On the upside I am down 2.5 lbs. Downside: having this cold is stopping me from being able to exercise and it makes me want to eat more to get this awful taste out of my mouth. All in all I know I can do this! Onward and upward (or downward depending on how you look at it)!
