Well graduated from college a year ago, and in high school played three sports a year so the transition from an athlete to college student drinking let me gain some pounds. Along with I donated my eggs two months ago and gained weight from that so I am trying to get back into shape.

I currently work for a lawyer, love it yet hate it, I am looking to go back to school but have yet to decide in what.

But I am ready to feel SEXY in a swim Suit again

Slim down & tone up! Any trainers out there?
Thanks, I just got done with my workout and did both cardio and weights. I enjoyed it with a good music selection so I will have to try the interval thing so I can keep the heart rate up.

queenbe and healthy alli, I have been reading your posts and am inspired by your success. I just started the calorie counting and recording it. It seems to be working great. Here is my problem, I love the success of cardio, I always see resluts. I know I am "suppose" to do weight training but I never feel like I work as hard as I do when I am on the treadmill. Do you both do weight training? And do you have any recommondations to see resluts but not bulk up either? Thanks and congrats to both of you in your success
