Where to start... I'm 28, will be 29 in October. I have two little girls (Chianne, 10 & Morgan, 8). I have a great guy that is doing this whole weight loss thing with me, thank goodness. I tried it once by myself and fell off shortly after.
I guess I"ve struggled with my body image since I was young. At 13/14 I weighted 188 lbs (at 5'7"). Fortunately I dropped most of that a year after and weighted 140. I was still called "thick" which made me feel like I was fat. Looking back at pictures of me then I was so little and I wish I could get back to that. Knowing that I've been thin before helps keep me motivated that I can be that again, it will just take a little more work this time, puberty isn't going to move me along, lol.
