Crazy busy but sticking to the plan so I give myself a gold star. Began the week here in MD with car covered in ice on Monday - 70 degrees on Wednesday - now it's 25 degrees and dusting of snow. But no, there's nothing wrong with the Earth's weather patterns at all! Going to try a no carb microwave bread recipe tomorrow - sounds weird but I watched the Youtube video and it's easy so will try it. Flaxseed meal and Carbquik - so much fiber there's no net carbs. will let you know how it tastes!

Got on the scale this AM and have just one thing to say: WTF? I really think I need to go to once a week weighing in cuz it's making me nuts.

Freezing rain this AM made me want to stay in bed. But alas, came to work anyway. Supposed to warm up tomorrow and Wed but back to freezing later in the week. Spring can't come too soon for me.

Gotta get the Walking thing into my schedule. It's below freezing here right now so hard to get too excited about going out. Maybe will substitute yoga until it warms up. I feel better when I exercise so don't really understand why I have such trouble getting myself to just do it!
I had some emotional issue hunger yesterday - couldn't say I was 'hungry' but kept wanting more more more last night; Maybe need more water? I overshot my carbs but lost anyway today. Wondering if getting enough calories daily. Researched that my age/weight needs 1200 min daily. I know on The Biggest Loser they used to say you have to make sure you are eating enough, which is counterintuitive. Maybe just had some emotions coming up I could not tune into.
