I am feeling positive this week - I had to dine out on 5 occasions last week and I made great choices.

I'm disappointed in myself because I haven't lost any weight in the past 9 days. It's nice to be able to wear clothes that didn't fit a few months ago, but I'd like to see more progress. To be honest, I haven't been exercising as consistently as I should and I sneak cookies.

I was so hungry all day yesterday, 19 Jan. It was ridiculous! The good thing is that I only had healthy snacks - the bad thing is I consumed 400 calories more than I had planned. I feel good about myself b/c instead of eating junk - I went straight home and ate what I had prepared for dinner. I really wanted to stop at McDonald's and get 2 cheeseburgers and fries. After I ate, I worked out and I didn't snack at all after dinner.
