Day 6 of 2 week strict phase one of Southbeach. I'm doing great! So pleased that I have been able to stick to it. Can't wait to get into phase 2 so that I can have a greater variety of foods

Well I'm sure I'm retaining a lot of water. Sodium snacks today to avoid carbs while watching the game ( my team lost :( ). Hopefully it will all wash way in a couple of days. Been doing pretty good staying away from my beloved potatoes
and sweets

Down 3 pounds! Yippee !! Southbeach always pays off for me if I can make it through the strict phase one, smooth sailing after that but the weight comes off slower( but at least it still comes off) 8 more days left in phase 1, pretty confident I can do it now that I am seeing the fruits of my labor. I get plenty to eat and never feeling hungry.....miss the sweets but they're what got me here in the first place. I like them but they don't like me, so I gotta let 'em go.......

I was a bad girl at breakfast and dinner yesterday but suffered no ill effects, in fact down a few ounces(almost a pound since my last weigh in day before yesterday. Woohoo!!!!Mu encouragement is when I start to see some progress.
