Under the weather today. Felt like a wet noodle last night. Took some Nyquil, moving around a bit today but still now 100%. Went out to dinner last night. I did OK i guess....did have a small portion of bread and some of the rice on my plate, but left 90% of it. Had a seafood sample with scallops, shrimp and salmon....tasty.

Feel a little better today. Back down a pound, hopefully it was water weight. So down from the weight increase the other day ( plus some personal stuff) didn't even record meals for the whole day. I am proud that I didn't fall off course as far as food choices though.

Well I'm feeling a little low. Up 1.2 pounds. Didn't even wanna record it, but I know I should. Trying not to become discouraged........

Wow! Really slacking today! More carb than protein today. Cheated with some potato chips, but everything else in parameters, don't know what happened. Gotta do better tomorrow
