Business trip food not too bad, although tend to eat more as do not know time of next meal!! Poor excuse, but true..
Stuck to 3 meals a day and fruit as snack :)

Better today! Don't like the idea of the kids offering me chocolate!! I shall resist, take fruit as a snack instead if I need a fix.....

Today is my start date, and was hoping to be at 182 for this.... oh well, i will give it to Friday morning, even though i will be away on business for 2 days! Gnah!!!
I will weigh in each Friday morning and make it a weekly routine :)
