Business trip food not too bad, although tend to eat more as do not know time of next meal!! Poor excuse, but true..
Stuck to 3 meals a day and fruit as snack :)
184.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
