OK the last few days have not been eating enough cause I'm getting lazy about fixing anything or even just grabbing it out of the frig. I prepped this week too, which I haven't done before nad I'm still not doing lunch or vegies for dinner.

I wonder if it has to do with the heat here. It's so hot and muggy I just don't want to do anything and I never feel like eating when it's muggy.

That's why I always lost so much weight when I went to Cuba.... could not eat in the heat.

Well....I'll keep at it tommorrow.
I also put in bread crumbs and catsup in the meatloaf tonight but did it at such a low level so that I wouldn't wake up any cravings. so far so good. The only reason I did the bread crumbs was because my husband doesn't like it with the pork rinds and even if he did, I was so damn lazy I didn't want to take time to crush them up.

Thank god I keep getting more energy as I lose weight becasue it really takes a lot of time and energy to fix meals and clean up, something that I have always avoided by eating fast food or to go.

not to environmentally friendly those take-outs and fast food container.
