OK I'm now using more than one program to track my meals an work out. Found an Andriod app that's really great. Anyway I have started cutting my calories to a 2000 a day which is decent cut for me normally Im consuming between 2600-3000. So far I feel good just need to keep grinding my goal is to be down by my 42 birthday either to my ideal weight OR as close as possible. 42 lbs to go

as planned no weight gained over the Holidays now. Its time for phase 2 ..Locking down my diet and shredding!

I haven't submitted an entry since last Thursday but all is well. I had a good week diet and training wise last week and this week has been even better. I have only been taking Saturdays off from training but my diets has been good. On all honesty I haven't really locked my diet down completely but that is by design. My intention from the start was to take it slow and after the New year lock it down. Having said that two weeks in I'm already beginning to feel great and see little improvements on my physique. I will have oral surgery next Thursday so I wont be able to do any lifting or strenuous training for a few days. I will do allot of stretch and some walking two days afterwards but not heavy training for a week.
Also after the new year I will make my journal entries more frequent and track every meals. All in all its starting to feel like Im headed in the right direction, I'm ready for the journey.

Might have over done it today. Did back and Bi's today but my workout partner and I finished it up with a Cross fit workout I had never done before. It consist of 20 pullups, 30 pushups, 40 situps & 50 Air squats five times with minimal rest between each set. We were supposed to take three minute breaks between but both being Highly competitive we tried to beat each others time.
Well when it was all said and done I was exhausted but felt ok. Then we went to the locker room to get cleaned up. I sat on the bench in front of my locker and it hit me. First I was light headed, then dizzy and felt like I was going to faint. To make a long story short I had to get a wet towel put it over my head and sit for 15 minutes. I followed that with cold water over my head and got in the cold tub for a short time. All before I could shower, get dressed and leave.
Wow never felt like that before. I have been lifting and in sports my entire life. Never ever felt like that, need to be smart about this.

Yesterday (5 Dec 12)was Great start! I woke up 0530 Like I was in boot Camp all over again did 35 minutes on the cross trainer. Then I made breakfast Oatmeal, egg white omelet & 16 oz of water (0630).
Snack- Had a pack of Tuna at 0930
Pre-workout meal- three homemade peanut butter cookie ( made with Spelt flour, Organic peanut butter & 100% maple syrup)
Workout:
warmed up with 15 minutes on the cross trained
Ten sets of shoulder presses
Three sets of 10 shoulder shrugs
three sets of 10 Tricep push downs
three sets of 10 rope triceps
50 cable Crunches with 70-85 Lbs
15 minutes cross trainer to close out the work out
20 minutes in the Sauna rotating 1 minute in the cold tub between.
Post workout
Whey Protein shake (strawberry 42 grams of Protein)
Lunch: Tuna sandwich on wheat bread
snack: Handful of Almonds
Dinner: Shrimp over whole wheat noodles, salad & 16 0z water
The Mission has begun
