This is the last stand. Im starting to have health issues due to my weight and I dont like that at all. I'm tired I'm feed up and Im not going down without a fight.
The rest of the months im taking small steps by continuing my lifting with moderate cardio but after the new year the plan is to switch my routine to high reps three three times a week and cardio three times a week taking Sundays off.
I have always been an athlete and this is just not acceptable or healthy. Time to get back in Great shape
