Finally got a chance today to get back to the kettlebell. HELLO old friend 😎. We had a bathroom remodel all week, so we had to stay elsewhere. Amazing how much better I feel after some swings and other exercises. Fitness has become habit,I'm luving it 😸

Happy Sunday everyone . Still losing weight at a healthy rate. I'm in maintenance so really want to stay in the 160 to 165 range. Just continue to tone and tighten up. Funny how if I don't workout in some form daily I feel as if I have cheated myself. Definitely have become slightly addicted to exercise, well not a bad thing there are so many other things that could be worse.... Exercise is so important, doesn't matter what form you chose,just do some, your journey and your body will thank you.
