Happy Sunday everyone . Still losing weight at a healthy rate. I'm in maintenance so really want to stay in the 160 to 165 range. Just continue to tone and tighten up. Funny how if I don't workout in some form daily I feel as if I have cheated myself. Definitely have become slightly addicted to exercise, well not a bad thing there are so many other things that could be worse.... Exercise is so important, doesn't matter what form you chose,just do some, your journey and your body will thank you.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've been swimming, I also feel guilty when I don't. Unfortunately our pool closes on the beginning of September.

Good for you! This is my third week working out, there are days I feel so tired but I did it anyway. Today I feel like I had already messed up, not eating right... but I know I'm not going to skip my workout.

Julie711Maye you might check out Miranda Esmonde-White's books and stretching routines. She's been on PBS for years and it's something you can do daily in a small space while the pool is closed. 🙋🏻

@D2 I know with this last surgery I've felt every bit of having to stay bed bound! I'm bored! 🙇🏻‍♀️I miss my water aerobics! I miss my gym! 🤷🏻‍♀️But they're saying a few more weeks. So my patience is stretched. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Ooooh I want to start swimming again. Need to balance all the lowest setting recumbent bike time. Exercise helps my outlook so much, glad to hear it's working for you. As long as no injury, right?
