Happy Sunday y'all, hope everyone is having a good weekend. Gonna make Energy Bites for the upcoming week. This week I will focus on Bodyweight exercises.

What are energy bites? I need to get back into posting. Life has been hard but I'm not pigging out or anything. Going to journal some of it. Miss you guys.

I looked up bodyweight exercise. I guess TRX workouts fount as those as they use your own body weight.
