I have always wanted to try and keep in shape and maintain some kind of healthy weight, but always made excuses as to why I couldn't stick to it. I am a 36 years old who lives in Tennessee. I used to play football and other various sports and was in shape until I stopped working on it, which has been a while.

I have tried working out but never stuck to a diet along with it. This time I know is different, I am tired of the way I feel and look. I weigh 194, and my goal is to weigh 160. I am starting to work out and exercise again, but this time I am going to stick to eating healthy. I am more determined than ever, and finding this website at the time I have has been great. It gives me some accountability and some support, and that is something I need.

I hope through this website I can keep motivated and get some support. Wish me well.

Getting started
I am finally going to take the time in my life to try and improve my lifestyle. I am over weight and out of shape. I have purchased a bio flex home gym and am actually going to start a diet program. I am going to start with the one they suggest to start out. I am just wondering if there is anyone else who has done this program and there results, or one similar to this.

MS and Fibro
I also have MS, and I get fatigued as well. My MS is more cognitive than physical. I am getting a home gym, and have a heavy punching bag that I use. I have found that when using the bag I have to limit my time. I try to do 20 min., and there are days when I know I cant do that much so I try to do what I can. Some is better than none. The home gym I will be using around 30 min. three days a week. I know about those flares and they can be a setback, but Ive found when I start to get tired or to hot while working out I will take a break or stop for the day. In doing this I have been able to stay to my routine because I don't try to push myself to hard.

Getting Started
Hey all, I'm new to this webstie and am glad I have found it. I am looking to loose some weight and tone my body. I have tried to do this before, but I just can't take the way I look and feel anymore. Im 36 and weigh 198 lbs. working toward a target weight of around 160. I have a home gym on the way and am going to go ahead and start the diet plan by Monday. Looking for any support I can get. Just add me if you like because I am new to this, and would just like to have some support here.

Get cranked!
I am finally going to be serious this time. Im tired of trying to avoid a mirror and feeling the way I do. I am pumped to doing it right this time, in the past I would start and find reasons to quit. This time I have the motivation I need to get this accomplished.
