I'm a wife & mother in my 40's looking to get back to my 'Happy' weight of 135 lbs. I teach Zumba 3 times per week & my hobbies include reading and taking nature walks. I've previous lost weight doing WW, but the whole point counting thing just makes me crazy & leads to binge eating. Hoping to lose 1 pound per week, to get close to my goal by Christmas.
