joined curves today :).....i gotta give my plateau a little boost..:).....bmi was 22.3 and body fat % was 21% .....i have to get my actual body measurements....(so i can track progress).. but im excited so far a quick 30 min full body wrk out...lets see how things go..

so sunday was my 1 year anniversery and we had went out to eat at this italian restaurant in my area... carrabas..excelent italian food...so i had the bread the pasta ...some desert....it was a treat... love it...but my body DID NOT agree with it..... my stomach was acting crazy.... but i didnt gain weight ive been @ 130 forever......it sucks.... but im going to give it time.... i have to look @ my eating to see whats up...but i def. think im not eating enought calories.... because days i eat a lot, the next day i drop down a pound....soo lets give it a whirl...

so i did a measurement on my inches lost...and i found i have lost an inch off my hips... and that i lost a 1/2 on my waist... i am also looking to join a gym ...because i feel better working out....i have the tapes..but again its just not the same.. so i was thinking maybe curves, but they dont offer the classes...so i might end up going to golds gym... i just need to find something universal because i know when i travel i want to still be able to go to the gym. so theres no excuses.... but i work out every other day so far...i want to fit in strength training on the off days but im still working on it....well tommorow is the big day... checking the weight... but i do find its easier to adapt to the life style ..but i do have a few temptations every now and then... but i dont find my self giving into them... i only cheated once so far...but it was a small piece of cake...didnt kill me..and didnt let it slow me down...i have time......i didnt gain the weight overnite, so im not going to lose in the same. :)

I finally broke throug the 130s. I feel like I was here for months. South beach is def something I can live with. Thanks for all the support
