SO i did my first weigh in @ curves ..in one month I
lost a total of : 5.25 inches
lost : 3.22 fat pounds
body fat % went down: 2.10%
total lbs lost: 2.00
BMI: down .35
very happy...... i guess weight shouldnt bee to much of a factor....but i do want to lose a few more pounds....maybe not as much....
Weigh-in:
131.5 lb
lost so far:
3.5 lb
still to go:
6.5 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

im going to curves 4x a week...im trying to find something to do on my off days..i have some tapes..but when it warms up i will go for a jog....but im losing fat and gaining muscle..... :) ...so the weight gain isnt bothering me because i look like im still losing.... i still dont like seeing 130's though...its so hard..so i try to weigh in just 1x a week so i dont get to obssesive w/ the wieght
waist is down to 27.5" and abs is down to 29" now.

so today is the day i have to add a starch/grain..... a lil worried...im so used to not eating it, im not sure whats going to happen if i do.... i also made some peanut butter cookies...sbd style.....from the supercharged book...but instead ov vanilla extract i used the splenda brand brwn sugar...just a tsp...but the came out delicios.... i mean wow...so that was my phase 2 for today....just 2 cookies...so i had one as a snack b4 lunch and the other one i will eat after my dinner.... :)

so over the weekend i went a little crzy.not to much ..but ive been focusing since monday and then with the workouts i feel great..i guess everything is comeing together the workouts gave the body an extra boost...now its time to lose the pounds. i went grocery shopping so there are no excuses on why i cant snack on healthy things...the cravings are gone...i have no urge to eat junk food...surprisingly i love snacks....but...it was a special occasion so i had to treat myself. a small pice of cake... and then cookies a few days after.

so today is my first official day going to the gym....and i am back on the beach...focusing on eating right...i slipped a little the past 2 days...but im back on track now...im going to try and @ least go the the gym every other day..not just 3x a week.... and then on off days do a little 10 min wrk out from my tapes. im still trying to decide what food i want to add back in as far as phase 2 goes.... something i miss is pasta...i did byt the wheat pasta...but im not sure...but im going to do the one food a day for a week to see how my body reacts to it...im going to do that on monday...ill do phase 1 for the rest of thee week ...to make up for the slip ups ive had these past 2 days. ....
