I have gained 9-10 pounds since I last weighed in at 218lbs so I need to find a diet for me that works well with the vitamins and medications I take.

I have not exercised much this summer been back at school a few weeks working and studying so now I need to make more time to exercise less time watching tv and more time to myself to take care of my body and what I eat. As well as doing my best with my depression and trying to be more sociable.

Gained 5lbs in the last few weeks have not been exercising much and two more months left of summer before I go back to school this is going to suck if I do not loose any weight on top of my emotional crap right now with my depression as well as the medications I take. Sucks not having alot of motivation for things but I do eat a few meals a day so not sure why I have not lost anything unless I have to be like everyone else or like everyone says and eat 5-6 short meals a day when my mom does not have that kind of food or money for food to have all her kids and her eat like that.

Not sure if the scale is reading right but that is what it said I rounded it to that because it really said 116lbs with my pants on but when I took my pants off it said 110lbs so not sure what is right or wrong but I know that I am not 250lbs any more or not sure if I actually was never know until I get on a real scale which right now I cannot afford so wait til I go to school just hope I get back down to 180lbs at the end of summer or 150lbs then I will have 50lbs or 20 lbs to go depending on how much weight this summer I burn off.
Well at least I am back on my medication for anti depressants and anxiety until I can call and get more scripts from school while I am still a student since I am working on getting myself health insurance this summer tired of waiting on HIP or Wisard Health Advantage to take advantage of me and waste my time and waste paper for applications when I fax them in or do whatever is necessary to get things done. If this world were simple I would not have any worries but I do which is why I do not go to the hospitals for medical bills on my credit that I do not need right now. Good thing where I go to school helps me out with certain things and when I get back to school for work that I will have plenty to do.
