Another set back- I am now on crutches! I messed up my knee a couple of weeks ago, and the pain has gotten progressively worse over the last few days. I went in for x-rays yesterday, and they found something strange, not sure what's up yet. I started physical therapy this morning, and have it wrapped up, but the pain is still pretty intense.
So, so much for increasing my workouts this week! Darn it anyway! I'm a bit miffed about that- I was looking forward to getting some miles in. but, the weather isn't the greatest, so maybe it's supposed to be my time to focus on rest and eating right for now, and increasing my excercise next week. I'll have to look at it that way, I guess. There is no point in getting too upset- that'll just make me mad! :)

I definitely "fell off the wagon" this past week. I have been eating crap food, and now I am paying for it! I feel like poo!! My mom brought me more cranberry juice this weekend, so I've started up again this morning. I know now that I can't eat as many carbs and sugar as I have been because it just doesn't work for me. Dairy, too- I had some milk and I couldn't believe how much my stomach got upset after that. I'm a little upset about that- I grew up on a dairy farm drinking tons of milk and it never bothered me then, at least that I can remember.
So, here is me starting again, up 4 lbs, but I know that will drop off quickly. The weather is starting to warm up a bit, so I hope to get outside soon. Spring fever has definitely started :)
Again, I don't know if I'd have the inspiration for this weight loss if it weren't for this site and all the support- THANK YOU!
