OMG- it's been SO long since I've been here! I'm Sorry Friends!!

Just by glancing through some of your journals, it seems as though y'all are doing GREAT! Yeah for you :)

Hubby and I have been super busy building. We only have a little over a month to finish the "gouse" and get everything moved! It wouldn't be too worrisome, but the next three weekends are full of wedding stuff (my brother's and Hubby's best friend's), so he's stressin' a bit ;) But the great part is that because of the work, I've been lots of extra activity in, and that has helped the scale go down a bit more! Yippee!

I have to admit, I've been going off my WOE one day a week for each of the last few weeks- just to give myself a break and it really has seemed to kick my loss into gear. That doesn't make me feel so guilty then when I feel like having something "bad", because it's actually good to fool the system a bit! LOL- that's means I might be able to have a bite of wedding cake ;)

So, I'm kinda sad because as I'm reading journals, I'm noticing that SO many people are getting down in the dumps and depressed about scales not going down. What the heck??? Have we all forgotten that this is a long, slow process??? This is for our health! Follow your rules, no matter what way of eating you are following, get some fresh air and exercise, and the pounds will fall off when they are ready! Your body knows what it is doing. Just keep the faith, people! Stay positive! Do this for your health, and remember how far you have come to get to this point. I stalled for 3-4 weeks before I dropped anything, and that was SO frustrating, but I knew that I would start losing again. I know how depressing it is to work so hard and not see immediate results, but they will show up! COME ON FRIENDS! CHEER UP!!!
