Thanks for the encouragement buddies! I have never felt so motivated to keep going on my weight loss plans. I feel so good now, I can't imagine how I'll feel when I reach my goal!!! It's awesome! And I've only lost 15 lbs.....but that is one of the biggest numbers I can remember ever losing and still wanting to stick with it. I'm pretty sure this motivation is coming from all the great people here :)

Isn't it great when other people notice that you've lost weight? That encouragement sure can go a long way! One of the ladies at work asked me how much I've lost, and I didn't think anyone had noticed! The girls at work like to hear about this FFP, and I do my best to tell them about it, but I tell them they really need to buy the book. That's where I learned the most.
I am down again, and hope to be back on track. I lost the crutches, thank goodness, after only a couple of days. Now I have a bunch of new stregthening stretches to do. Feeling pretty good!
I would really like to get down to 150 by the end of the month- but is that pushing it? That's another 16 lbs. I haven't lost that much that quickly, but I also haven't been working out regularly. I'm going to try, as I have a sweet dress that I want to wear to a wedding on May 3, and it's just not going to fit until I get down to at least 150 :) We need to have goals, don't we? That's my first mini-goal!
