After being up and down for a week or so I finally hit 164.4. My elderly in-laws have health issues so we have been living here for a minit. I am having them adapt to my food plan as it is healthy for them (low sugar low sodium) and they are happier that 2 hogs in a sweet pea patch!! 150, ready or not here I come!!

Took 1 unsweetened bakers chocolate bar, melted it in the microwave, 1 min 30 sec., dropped a slew of pecan halves and 12 pkgs of Splenda spread it out, put it on some parchment paper and then in the fridge it went! Nice low carb chocolate candy. Did the same with some almonds. Nice! Had to reheat the nuts and chocolate 30 seconds in order to separate them
