i did horrible
First day here.I got a shock not long ago. I didn't even realise how much fat I've been eating... I found out through recording my meal entries.

Up until now, I have felt SO bad for not eating better and for many of my sweet indulgences. I have realised that if I keep beating myself up over these things, I knock myself down and it's so hard to get up.

Now I accept my choices good and bad and just do better next time. Whatever happened,it has passed. We can only do better next time.
It may take that little bit more time...but we will get there.

P.s How hard is it to smell that yummy food from the fast food restaurants and not be tempted?
I'm so glad I found this website. The people here are great and so helpful. Thanks
