I am at peace today.
I am pleased with my result today.

I did go to the party yesterday. I am surprised how much animal fat there wasn't in the meals; mostly olive oil. Very pleased about that.
I could not record some of the food because it wasn't available and I couldn't even get to break it down; again not available and i didn't know the details to enter them. Overall delicious food , lots of it , and not the massive saturated fat and calories I expected. One downer was sodium...my face was telling no lies.

I have decided I will go to a party later on. I haven't eaten too much for lunch because I wanted to enjoy all the yummy food over there. I'm taking two salads. One is my best potato salad and the other a new one, carrot salad. It's grated carrot with a dressing of a little sugar and heaps of vinegar...strong flavour, but so yummy.
Tomorrow I shall continue with my sensible eating plan...tonight I enjoy. It only comes around once in a while for me so I will indulge.
I've been drinking water regularly, it hasn't felt like a burden.
I also would like to mention, I'm wearing a dress, fitted. I may look like Marilyn Monroe but I don't mind. I choose to see it all as beautiful. I prefer my Riders jeans and cool tops...that's for later. I can wait a little more to look fabulous in them.
And that is how I choose to think about things...and maintain I happy and healthy outlook.

I'm amazed at how much I'm progressing. My will power has not been the strongest recently, so I truly can't believe I'm doing this by myself; there's no one keeping an eye on me, (at home), and I haven't told anyone either. This is all for me. I AM PROUD OF MYSELF.(I must admit the Diet Calender is a great tool).
I am drinking a lot of water!!! 3 days ago I would never have believed it. As soon as I saw the words 'water will help you loose weight',I have kept reminding myself and I'm actually believing it...and liking it.
I'm also enjoying my first challenge; I look forward to it with a smile. My negative thoughts are replaced by enjoyable ones. I need that.
I plan to weigh in next week or so.I'm in no rush. I'm avoiding pressure. I know I'll be loosing, mostly, water in the first week.
The scales aren't my concern really, it's how I fit into my favourite clothes that matters to me and eating well in the future.
