Sticking to diet...How come I fluxuate so much?
It is so disappointing to wake up a few days a week, after sticking to a regime, to find that I weigh more than the day before. My calorie intake has been good - filling myself with fruits and veggies. Usually, I cannot bring myself to post the gain (but I did today). It doesn't make any sense. Any thoughts?

I am stuffed. Just had a huge dinner. It was awesome. Today I have taken in less than 1100 calories, including a margarita cocktail. I could not eat another bite. All fruits and veggies. Eat to Live Diet. Since I have been doing this, my skin has cleared up, I am losing weight at a steady pace and I have alot more energy. I need to excercise more and just bought myself one of those air steppers. 10 mins for me works up a sweat. I have made a dent...but I have about 40 lbs to go. Do you have any 10 min workouts for a 49 yr old Mom just breaking back in to workouts ? I do play tennis for two hours twice a week (doubles).
