Strip That Fat Diet Plan
Hi All,
Has anybody heard of this new diet Strip That Fat?
I believe it promises to teach us what to eat & when to eat for maximum weight control.
As well as other things to trick our bodies.
- How to manipulate and control your body to become a weight loss machine
- How to eat more and lose more
- How to trick your body into being "full"
- Simple steps to removing your marshmallow shape - man boobs (I like this one the best).
I would love any feedback you have.

Why did I do it?
Hi - I like to skim a few spoonfuls from the carton. I know it sounds piggish.
But skimming a little off the top straight from the carton plays a mind trick on me.
It makes me see how huge the pint really is and if I take only a few skims and don't make a noticable dent in it, I feel a lot better.
Whatever you do, don't beat your self up over it. Getting healthy is a mind thing. We all have that one weakness that we'll always revert to. Mine is beer!!!
Take baby steps. If you have to have ice cream everyday, try to cut it out one day a week and add a piece of fruit instead.
Hope this helps! Good luck!

Formal Introduction
Hi - I too suffer from insomnia. I have tried melatonin & 5htp, but not on a consistent basis. I do try to take it at least 2 hours before I go to bed.
Could you tell me how many nights it took for it to work for your son?
I'm so tired!

GLA Supplements
Hi,
Has anyone read up on the side effects of Borage Oil (GLA)? It says that it contains pyrrolizidine alkaloids and that small traces can be very damaging to the liver.
Why is the Fat Flush plan geared to cleansing the liver, if we need to take something that can do severe damage.
