Great workout this morning, I did two cardio machines and the weights for one hour and fifteen minutes.

Watching my diet and exercising is working. Biggest Loser, I am next!

The pollen has been so bad here that my throat swelled and I lost my voice. First thing people think is that I am sick and have lost too much weight. Huh! I want to be the next biggest loser!

I’ve worked so hard to get fit and be healthy. Yet the doctor called to say my Hemoglobin AIC is up by .3 points. The test showed 6.3 and the normal is 6.0. So she said diet and exercise? I was like, Duh! I workout 5 days a week and eat no sweets, soda or fried foods. So all I could think of now is watch my carb intake.
