On my way to the gym today a co-worker said, "you've lost weight and it looks great!" Boy that made my day and gave me the push I needed to work harder.

Yesterday threw me off course. My daughter had an appointment and running back and forth from work, school and appointment. I grabbed food on the run in stormy rain and forgot to do dinner. Not to mention no time to excercise. Blauh!

Ok I buckled down during the Tornado's this past weekend but Sunday was so beautiful as if nothing happened here in Atlanta. So went out to play tennis for the first time since the fall. Man! My buns hurt and my calves feel like iron. But I am determined to hit the gym anyway. Pain maybe gain, but it hurts like all get out.
