I’ve worked so hard to get fit and be healthy. Yet the doctor called to say my Hemoglobin AIC is up by .3 points. The test showed 6.3 and the normal is 6.0. So she said diet and exercise? I was like, Duh! I workout 5 days a week and eat no sweets, soda or fried foods. So all I could think of now is watch my carb intake.
