lemon water in the morning anyone?
I made a large 32oz bottle in the morning and sipped it all day at work. When I came home I ate a small dinner.

lemon water in the morning anyone?
I was introduced to a simular lemon cleanse called, "The Master Cleanse" which is fresh lemon, cayannan pepper and organic dark grade maple syrup. My friend lost over 40 pounds doing it for 14 days without any food. She drank lots of water with it though.

I did it for a week and dropped 8 pounds. I ate one full meal early evenings. I had no problems with acid.

Good luck!

Low-carb weight-loss
By Janis Jibrin, M.S., R.D., Best Life lead nutritionist

Low-carb weight-loss plans are no longer the diet du jour, but they've left a troubling legacy: Carb-phobia. I can't tell you how many people still say they try to avoid carbs because "carbs make you fat." My response: Yes, too many carbs in your diet can make you fat, but so can too much protein, fat or alcohol. In the right amount, carb-rich foods can actually help you slim down.

Time To Quit

Quitting smoking while you're dieting may seem like a form of torture. After all, how many bad habits can you be expected to change at once? And, why would you want to quit when you know that smoking can help keep weight off: It revs your metabolism and dulls hunger. But you can achieve the same weight-loss results with healthier habits, like eating well and exercising. And believe it or not, kicking the habit now can actually make hitting your goal weight even easier.
