Yesterday, it was very hard because my boyfriend's family came over for dinner (I didn't even eat white bread at all... go me! but I had like 2 deviled eggs so it's bit overboard) and I had to run all over the town doing errands and didn't get home until like 2ish. Thus, my meals were kinda messed up. Didn't work out either. :/ I'll try to do Pilates & exercise using Dance Dance Revolution on PS2 today.

EFS - Day 4, Cycle 1 (From yesterday)

Breakfast: Yogurt & Green Apple
Snack: Powerbar prima bar (110 calories) but had small caramel macchiato (1% milk) from Starbucks at Target while I was shopping there as I had no energy so it gave me a bit boost
Free Snack(sorta): Carrots with Hummus
Meal #2: Lemon Herb Chicken, corn salad (FS recipe - my fav!), veggies & 2 deviled eggs
Meal #3: Fruit Salad
Snack: Popcorn

My last meal didn't go so well yesterday... :/ I was at my friend's place (there were 13 of us) and we were to bring appetizers. Damn - I was so drooling over it and I had told myself to just eat healthy ones but I didn't... my temptation had gotten to me!

Yesterday's meals looked like:

Breakfast: Yogurt & plum
Snack #1: Cheese String
Meal #2: Spinach salad with tomato, cucumbers, onion with low fat Asian sesame dressing
Meal #3: Lemon Pepper Fish & Kidney Beans
Meal #4: That one was a MESS!- I mostly ate small pieces of appetizer-kind foods: chips with melted velveeta cheese (god, that one was so YUMMY!), mini-bbq sausages, sushi rolls, ham with pickle/cream cheese, small Nazook Bread, carrots of hummus (at least that one was healthy) and had a small piece of chocolate chip & pecan cookie. :/

Later, I drank 1 cup of soy milk as I was thirsty.

At least I learned from my experience and resist my temptation next time.

Anyway, my exercise for the day was elliptical for 30 minutes, 20 minutes jogging on the treadmill and played Dance Dance Revolution on PS2 (I love it!) for about 30 minutes.

Today's 3rd day of Cycle 1 so I intend to do well! But I plan to extend two days so that I could be on the track of this program. Meaning that I'll start Cycle 2 next Saturday. Now, that'll be good...since I prefer to weigh in every Saturday morning.

Okay, I decided to restart first Cycle (I was going to do it for first time two days ago but I needed to go food shopping so yesterday is OFFICIAL first day). Yesterday was first day of Cycle 1 and today's day 2. I also decided to weigh in this morning and OMG, I already lost 2.2 lbs in two days. I'm very happy! I think that's because I had so much alcohol and food in me that I had eaten last week (I was in Chicago for a week visiting my best friend and attending her bridal shower party) and I think that I had cleaned my body for last two days so that was very helpful going on FSD!

Here's what my meals look liked yesterday (I was loyal following FSD's meals)

Breakfast:
2 White eggs with salsa and green apple
Snack #1: Carrots & Hummus
Meal #2: 1 cup of fruit salad
Meal #3: Spinach salad with tomato, cucumbers, onion with low fat walnut raspberry dressing
Meal #4: Black Beans, Green Beans & frozen vegetables (added soy sauce to it)
Snack #2: 1/2 cup of fruit salad

I didn't even feel hungry at all during the day but when I had finished up my Meal #4, I was bit hungry so I ate fruit salad.

Exercise: 30 minutes on elliptical, 15 minutes jogging and 15 minutes of bicycling - total 1 hour
