Weighed in this morning. I'm down 5 lbs since May 23rd! I'm very happy and satisfied about that. I hope to go down to between 132-135 before my 30th birthday! I'm SO excited! I'm actually stunned because I had zesty chicken bowl from Taco Bell as my last meal but I think it all boils down if I just had smaller portion each meal and it WORKS!

Anyway, today is going to be the first day of EFS Cycle 2. I will follow it 100% if I want to go down to at least 132 pounds!

Here's my meal from yesterday (Day 7 [last one] of EFS Cycle 1)

7:45 - Breakfast - 6 oz low fat yogurt with sliced berries
11:00 - Meal #2 - 1 small salad
2:00 - Exercised for a hour (30 min elliptical & 30 min jogging/walking on treadmill)
3:15 - Meal #3 - 1 veggie burger with mango salsa leftovers & soybean leftovers
3:30- Snack - I had wheat crackers and one slice of low-fat provolone cheese because I was still hungry
5:00 - Simple Pilates workout with Denise Austin on DVD for 20 minutes (to strengthen)
6:30 - Snack - 110 calories Mint Prima Power bar - (I was at high school graduation for one of my cheerleaders [I'm a head coach] who graduated this year) so didn't have time to cook dinner)
9:30 - Meal #4 - Zesty Chicken Bowl from Taco Bell (and yet I continue to lose weight!)



Weigh-in: 140.2 lb lost so far: 4.8 lb still to go: 10.2 lb Diet followed 100%

EFS Day 6, Cycle 1 (Thursday, May 31st)


Breakfast
- 1/2 cup oatmeal (I also added 1 tbsp of wheat germ and flaxseed to it) with veggies with 1 cup of orange juice (not from concentrate) and coffee
Meal #2 - 1 mixed fruit & 1 cup of vegetable juice
Meal #3 - Spinach salad with tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and low-fat asian sesame dressing
Meal #4 Mango salsa on 4 oz fish with edamame (soybeans)
Snack - Wheat thin crackers with 1 piece of laughing cheese cow

Workout: 35 minutes of elliptical in the early afternoon and approx 30 min of DDR in the evening

Between Meal #3 and snack, I had a small Iced caramel macchiato (1% milik) from Starbucks (I couldn't resist and I needed energy!) I know I went a little overboard on coffee limit today so let's hope it doesn't affect my weight loss. :/ Today's the last day for Cycle 1 and I plan to weigh in tomorrow and I am going to eat REALLY good today!

Okay, I decided to step back and do Day 4 of Cycle 1. That's because I want to go through all 3 cycles (1 rotation) just right before my 30th birthday on Saturday, June 16. That way the last day of cycle 3 falls on Friday, June 15th. Last day will be this Friday then that way I can start Cycle 2 this Saturday. I hope to weigh approximately 135 by time I turn 30th!

Yesterday's meals (i had 3 meals & 3 snacks):

7:15 - Rice cake (pre-work out snack)
10:00 - 6 oz of low-fat yogurt with green apple
1:00 - Fruit Salad & Vegetable Juice
4:30 - 1 large vegetable salad (spinach, mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes with low-fat Asian Sesame dressing)
7:00 - 1 vegan burger & 1 cup of brown rice with 1 cup of soy milk
9:00 (snack) - Fat-free chocolate pudding (I also had small handful of nuts)

Workout - 1 hour on elliptical

   add comment losing 1.1 lb a week
