*sighs* I had 3 small cookies when I attended the workshop in the evening yesterday. When I got home, I was still hungry! So I had 2 cheese sticks and ham. I think that's because I didn't have a proper 4th meal. When I saw the cookies, I was so tempted and was just going to have one, but it was so delicious so I had 2 more! :( Oh well, I'll have to learn to resist the temptations next time!

Anyway, here's my meal from yesterday...

Wednesday, June 6th (EFS Day 5 of cycle 2)

9:30: (Breakfast)
WW pancake with sugar-free jam
12:00: Ellipitcal for a hour
2:00:(M#2)1 Strawberry & Banana smoothie
5:00(M#3): Grilled chicken with mango salsa and 1/2 cup of beans
7:00(M#3): 3 cookies
10:00(M#3): 2 cheese sticks & some ham

I will work out harder today by jogging for 30 minutes and a hour of swimming so hopefully that will make up for yesterday. I am not sure if I'm even losing weight this week. :/

Tuesday, June 5th (EFS Day 4 of cycle 2)

7:15 a.m. (Breakfasts): 1 small smoothie (banana, strawberries, soy milk, flaxseed, wheat germ, and yogurt)
10:15 a.m. (M#2): Low-fat yogurt with green apple
12:45 p.m. (Snack): 1-hard boiled egg before working out
1:45-3:15 - 20 min of elliptical, 1 hour of swim (swam around 38 laps - more than 1 mile)
3:30 p.m. (M#3): 1 broccoli salad from Safeway (I didn't have time to cook)
7:00 p.m. (M#4) : Veggie scrambled with 1/2 cup of brown rice
9:00 (Snack): Strawberry yogurt creamery (I love it! It feels like ice cream when eating it!)

I really had a good workout yesterday. No wonder I'm feeling worn out today but when I eat - I'll feel better with energy. Hopefully, I will not feel a bit under weather today because I woke up sweating and feeling woozy this morning. (It's been cold here in Oregon for past 2 days - it was so WARM last week)

Yesterday, it was alright... we had friends over for BBQ. We also celebrated a birthday for a friend of mine and I didn't have a chance to work out. :( My meals were OK (I had a dessert) so I will work harder today!

Sunday, June 3rd (EFS Day 2 of cycle 2)

Breakfast: 2-egg white omelet with orange juice
Snack #1: Green apple
Meal #2: Grilled ribs with grilled vegetables. I also had 2 cups of wine. I had a LOT - 2 ribs! My friend made this secret recipe from Hawaii and I couldn't resist eating 2nd!). The grilled vegetables included zucchini, eggplant, squash, red/yellow peppers, and asparagus. All of these were coated with extra virgin olive oil, thus making me feeling very full.
Dessert: Strawberry cheesecake & Strawberry creamy yogurt (I decided to reward myself this time- I know it's kinda bad)
Snack #2: Cheese stick & carrots with hummus

I wasn't hungry because I was still full from BBQ, wine, & dessert so that's why I didn't have 3rd & 4th meals.
