Okay soo.... I have no idea how i dropped any weight at all - But I'm NOT complaining!!!! What even better is that i weighed myself at night, so I might even be lighter when i wake up tomorrow! we'll see!! I'm so excited!

Alrighty so, Surprisingly I didn't do too horribly today! I'm proud of myself! I didn't go over on my calories (SO SHOCKING!) and all I drank was water! It's great! I should drink more so I can flush the sodium i consumed today. I don't want to retain water haha. I feel like I can do this. I just have to cut out the mindless/emotional eating and I should be fine. I'm not sure what the scale will say tomorrow, but hopefully something good.... sigh lol. There's so many naughty things to eat in my apartment, somehow I didn't dabble into everything! I went for fruit first which is good. Yay!

Alright so... I'm so disappointed in myself. I just downed a bag of chips and had some dip. Big no no. It wasn't even that enjoyable. I notice that I do a lot of mindless eating. I need to keep busy somehow... I have a job interview tomorrow. Hopefully I'll get the job so i can get out of the house more and get more exercise. My bf and I are going to the gym on tuesday morning to get a work out plan according to what we want to achieve. I'm pretty excited about working out. I know that once I start to, I'm a lot more strict with my eating habits. When we go food shopping I'll be sure to pick up lots of fresh veggies and lean meats. Also healthy snacks and fruits.
Time to get back on track! I don't want to look or feel like this any longer. I don't feel confident like I should. One day I will.
The 50lbs in 90 days challenge seems like a crazy feat! I know I can do it if I put my mind to it. If for some reason I can't make it to the gym, I'll be sure to do some sort of work out at home to make sure I burn calories/fat. I gotta get rid of this flab! It's grossing me out and I'm almost sure my bf is grossed out too. Urgh. Wish me luck! I'm gonna need it.

Alright so I've been overindulging lately. I think it's because I know I'm headed to the gym on monday and wont be able to do this anymore. Sort of like my "last meal" type of scenario. Does anyone else do this?
I know on monday when I start working out I'll be much more food conscious, mostly because I don't want to ruin the hard work I've done. Sigh... wish me luck!
