Alright so I've been overindulging lately. I think it's because I know I'm headed to the gym on monday and wont be able to do this anymore. Sort of like my "last meal" type of scenario. Does anyone else do this?
I know on monday when I start working out I'll be much more food conscious, mostly because I don't want to ruin the hard work I've done. Sigh... wish me luck!

I don't do it anymore because I figured out: I have to run a mile before I burn 100 calories. Or walk for 2 miles. I started by eating more vegetables, and then cut down on white bread and potatoes. Good luck with your plan!

I do this!! Everytime I start I gain like 5 lbs from my "last meals" its' horrible!!! But, it's far better to gain back a few pounds and get back on the wagon than to go all the way back up! Good Luck! You can do it!!
